I. WORK DESCRIPTION

Quantity: 01 person

Track quotes and negotiate with suppliers;
Check and evaluate the price and decide on quotation;
Operations related to purchase, tracking delivery and preparation of payment documents;
Promptly reflect arising problems affecting the implementation of orders in order to find solutions to prevent and promptly handle the factors that may affect the delivery plan;
Search and diversify suppliers;
Translate documents related to products and services into English and vice versa;
Other jobs as assigned by the Director.


II. STANDARDS, FORM OF RECRUITMENT

Candidates graduating from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language ...
English proficiency: basic communication and communication via email; drafting bilingual contracts;
Knowledge of law, documents related to import and export activities (can learn more in the process of working);
There is a sense of self-awareness, responsibility and good work;
Willing to adapt to changes in work;
Proficiency in office computing, Word, Excel;
Ability to analyze and synthesize reports;
Willing to complete the assigned work and look forward to developing in an environment with many long-term development opportunities.
