Work content

Sales Support

  • Advising the Sales Department on: understanding the operational characteristics and features of the product to serve the customer, understanding the needs of the type of product the customer is looking for;
  • Associate with the Sales Department in approaching customers to present and analyze useful uses of products with customers;
  • Associate with the Sales Department in meeting with customers to accurately capture customer requirements for the product to then combine with the production department to produce the right product that customers request.
  • Assist the production department

Set up the production process of products;

  • To list the necessary production equipment;
  • Raising production norms, production time, production labor;
  • To unify the production time of each product line, each order with the manager of the workshop;
  • Adjust production norms, production time, production labor (through observation of actual production);
  • Set up a product inspection process before handing over to the customer;
  • Researching, proposing and proposing new production processes to reduce costs and time of production;
  • Proposing options to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Support Accounting Department

  • To coordinate with the accounting section in making cost estimates for production of products;
  • To coordinate with the accounting department in determining the depreciation time of machines and equipment (by time and by product);
  • To coordinate with the accounting section in determining the appropriate consumption norms.
  • Other work under the direction of the higher level.

Skill required

  • Ability to use office computer;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Ability to perform and coordinate work in groups;
  • Ability to work with high pressure;
  • Good communication skills, fast and reasonable work

Other requirements

  • Capture the motto, strategy development of the company;
  • Understand the production plan of the Company;
  • Capture the Company's short-term and long-term production and business plans;
  • Be honest, agile, flexible, eager to learn, responsible in the work.
