Offices administrative
- Welcoming and guiding customers, partners to contact work;
- Direct phone calls and transfer calls to relevant departments;
- Preparing meeting rooms for conferences, seminars, meetings, receptions of the company;
- To build, consolidate, improve and organize the application of the Company's administrative management mechanism;
- Carry out the work of clerical, archiving, and internal information management within the Company;
- Receive, process and store transaction documents with the company;
- Organizing the management of equipment, facilities and infrastructure;
- Recruiting, managing quantity and quality of staff;
- Organizing care for employees;
- Organizing events of the Company.
Business
- Selling, introducing machinery and equipment;
- To participate in bidding dossiers for the supply of machines and spare parts;
- Maintaining relationships with old customers and finding new customers;
- Monitor and execute contracts with customers;
- Seek potential customers and sell their products to customers;
- Ensure sales target and market share;
- Manage and develop marketing plans, consult with your clients in charge;
- Coordinate to formulate, propose measures, marketing programs to increase turnover, market;
- Develop the ability to sell, sell products.
- Other work under the direction of the higher level.
Professional requirements
- Graduated college degree or equivalent degree;
- Experience of 1-2 years;
- Have background in the area of expertise;
- Reading and communicating normally in English.
