Function: The gauging fixture is used to check the plane of the substrate after molding.

- A flatness is controlled of 0.3 mm on the die base area of approximately 200 × 100 mm.
- Material: The material used in the flat fitting is SKD 11, with a hardness of 58 Hrc.
- Structure: The gauging fixture is composed of two parts, mechanical and electrical. The simple mechanical parts cover, create the standard plane and fix the sensor. The power supply consists of eight sensor sensors that measure the distance with a sensitivity of 0.003 and are set up on the same plane as the control system to give the NG signal, confirm to the customer.
